Case Study 2: ASML Boiler Plant Upgrades

When the client needed to replace two existing boilers with five new ones without shutting the heating system down, we used a 3D scan of the building to meticulously plan how to work around the current piping and mechanicals while keeping the plant continuously running.

To add a new 2,500 ton centrifugal chiller and other upgrades to a plant, several existing services needed to be re-routed as efficiently as possible during a brief shutdown. We worked with the other trades to make sure everything fit perfectly and quickly into place.
